A Rock Journey in San Luis Obispo
Since 2020, WHITESTAR has been shaping a bold rock sound in San Luis Obispo. Founded by local resident Rob White, the band is rooted in the city’s music community — writing, recording, and refining tracks with a focus on craft, chemistry, and a polished studio presence.
The journey started small: shared rehearsal rooms and long sessions where riffs and arrangements took shape. Driven by a love of rock, WHITESTAR built its catalog the hard way — one take, one rewrite, one mix at a time — always chasing something true to the band.
